The effect of emotional intelligence on burnout with the mediating role of job conflict (Case study: Hamadan Post Office staff)
The research method used in this research was applied and survey method. In the statistical population of the research, including the staff of Hamadan Post Office, including 188 people, 123 questionnaires based on Morgan table were considered for statistical analysis. In this research, the questionnaire has been the most important tool for data collection, which has been designed by the researcher using its model and dimensions, and its validity and validity have been confirmed with the opinions of respected professors and other experts. To prove the reliability of the research questionnaires, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used. The reliability of the questions was calculated 0.872 and 0.805, which according to the alpha values are greater than 0.70, the results indicate high reliability of the test. For data analysis, descriptive statistics including frequency tables and bar graphs and inferential statistics including Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to measure the normality of the distribution of variables and Spearman correlation coefficients to measure the relationship between job involvement and its subdivision with reducing burnout were used. Has been. Examination of the results of the hypothesis test showed that all the hypotheses of the research were accepted and there is a correlation between job conflict and burnout of Red Crescent employees in Hamadan province equal to -0.446.
