The effectiveness of happiness on the cohesion and team performance of Arvand Bandar Abbas football players
Purpose and scope of research: Coherence is a dynamic process that shows the group's willingness to stay in touch with each other, to unite in achieving effective goals and satisfying the emotional needs of the members, and happiness is a reflection of the fact that we generally how we feel good. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of happiness training on the integrity and team performance of Arvand footballers in Bandar Abbas.
The present study was a semi-experimental design with pretest- posttest design with control group. The statistical population consisted of 30 players of the Arvand Bandar Abbas football team in 1396, which had poor team performance and teamwork. The method of sampling is that in which the 30 teams of Arvand football team players who had problems with coherence and team performance in 1396 were tested in two groups of 15 controls and intervention. The data gathering tool is based on Karon, Wade Meyer and Brawl (2001), and Michaels and Set team's team scale (1997).
The results show that one-way covariance analysis is significant in teamwork (F = 87.66, P <0.001) and team performance (F1.94 = F, P <0.001). Be
study’s results showed that happiness training is effective on the team's integrity and the performance of the football team of Arvand Bandar Abbas Football Club. Also, the results showed that happiness training is effective on team integrity of Arvand football players in Bandar Abbas. Therefore, according to the results of this research and the positive effect of teaching happiness on coherence and performance of team players, it is recommended to use this variable in the training process of football players.
