Abstract:

This article examines how technological change affects employees' job abilities and attitudes. The research method used is a library approach that has been done by reviewing the existing literature of library studies, in which previous research related to the research topic was identified and reviewed and after analyzing previous findings The results of these studies show that technological change significantly affects interactions in the workplace. Even if technological change shifts some jobs, it may have a positive impact on employees who have been hired or will be hired. In addition, as long as workers have the power to use their unique skills and abilities, they tend to be more creative and active, thus contributing to the innovation process of their entire company and empowering employees. Also, companies' investment in information technology increases the company's productivity. But not all employees react the same way and may oppose IT acceptance because employees may believe that their companies are looking to use new technologies to replace them.
