Investigation and Comparing the Performance of New Bachelor Graduate Teachers and Trainee of Madde 28 of Farhangian University

Paying attention to the evaluation as one of the components of teacher training sub-system requires that the performance of Farhangian University, be evaluated based on the standards at national level. The aim of this study was to compare the performance of new bachelor graduate teachers and trainee of Madde 28 in Farhangian University based on Danielson teaching evaluation framework. It has four domains of planning and preparation, classroom environment, training and professional responsibilities that was done by causal-comparative method. The statistical population was 46851 of new bachelor graduate teachers and 14,467 of trainee of Madde 28 in country and the sample size was 380 people from each group. The sampling method was multi-stage cluster random sampling. Data collection tools were checklist of class observation and studying educational portfolio. Data were analyzed by variance analysis. The results showed new bachelor graduate teachers of Farhangian University had higher average in all 22 components of the four domains of performance than the new teachers of Madde 28 and in 14 components, the difference was significant.
