Meta-synthesis Method knowledge sharing and transformational leadership in creating innovation

Abstract:
Purpose

To provide a coherent model and an overview of the relationship between knowledge sharing, transformational leadership and innovation that these components play an important role in sustainable organizational development.

Methodology

This is a basic research study with a qualitative approach of the type of synthesis research and the strategy used. 317 articles of reputable scientific journals from reputable domestic and foreign databases between 2010 and 2021 were reviewed. After three stages of refinement, 18 articles were selected. To achieve the purpose of the study, the seven-step method of Sandlowski and Barroso was used.

Results

Using MAXQDA 2020 software, 122 open codes were extracted. These codes were identified in five central codes, three sub-categories and one main category. The validity of the searched databases and journals was inquired through the Web of Science citation database. The reliability and validity of the research were assessed through review at the time of coding, approval of experts in the field of research and adequacy of referenced resources. The coded codes were matched with valid models. The codings were reviewed several times, which led to changes in the way codes were categorized and some codes were moved, and the codes and model were provided to experts in the field.

Conclusion

the research findings were presented in the form of the final research model.

Results

According to the findings, the effective factors in sharing knowledge and transformational leadership style are significant in motivating innovation in the organization and creating innovation in the organization leads to sustainable organizational development.
