Investigating the effect of bullying in the workplace on deviant behaviors in the workplace through Toxic leadership and destructive leadership (Case study: Islamic Azad University of Isfahan (Khorasgan))

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of bullying in the workplace on deviant behaviors in the workplace through destructive leadership and Toxic leadership. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of how to collect descriptive information of the correlation type. The statistical population of the present study consisted of 660 employees Islamic Azad University of Isfahan (Khorasgan). 244 people were selected through the Cochran's sampling calculation formula as a sample. In the work environment, Inerson et al. (2009) and the standard questionnaire of deviant behaviors in the workplace of Bennett and Robinson (2000) and the standard questionnaire of destructive leadership of Golparvar (2014) and the standard questionnaire of Toxic leadership of Schmidt (2008) were based on the validity of the questionnaires. Content validity using the opinion of experts, formally based on The views of a number of statistical population were examined and confirmed. ) Estimated . Data analysis was performed at the inferential level including structural equation modeling. The results showed that bullying in the workplace through destructive leadership has a positive and significant effect on deviant behaviors in the workplace, the coefficient of which is 0.44, and through Toxic leadership has a positive and significant effect on deviant behaviors in the workplace. This effect is 0.55 and also bullying in the workplace has a positive and significant effect on deviant behaviors in the workplace, the coefficient of which is 0.77.
