Investigation and analysis of methods to prevent alcohol trafficking ((Case study of East Azerbaijan Province Disciplinary Command))

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the methods of preventing the entry of alcohol in the disciplinary command of East Azerbaijan province. The research method is applied and qualitative in terms of approach. The study population is experts, officials, executors and generally knowledgeable about the implementation and policy of alcohol trafficking in the province's disciplinary command. Sampling is done theoretically, theoretical sampling is a kind of purposeful sampling. MAQDA software was used for data analysis. The results of the research show that "methods of preventing the situation of alcohol trafficking in the field of disciplinary command of East Azerbaijan province include" individual status, family status, local status, national status, international status, respectively ", methods of social prevention of trafficking. Alcoholic beverages were obtained in the field of disciplinary command of East Azerbaijan province in six categories and respectively (neutralization, elimination of motivational factors, incentive measures, persuasive policies, involvement in prevention and counseling and increasing resources). Alcohol was obtained in the East Azarbaijan Province Disciplinary Command in six categories, respectively: operational measures, public awareness, authoritarian treatment, recidivism intervention, elimination, and restriction. The disciplinary command of East Azerbaijan province was obtained, including "trial and issuance of judicial sentences, criminal equivalents, application of official punishments, announcement of restorative punishments."
