Explaining the effective factors in the acceptance of Sepah Bank's elderly customers's bank in Guilan province
Mobile-based banking is one of the newest achievements in the field of technology in the banking industry and has provided many benefits to banks and their customers. Remaining in a competitive environment, reducing costs, the possibility of wider communication activities, saving time and money, the possibility of easier access and at the same time faster delivery of services can be considered as the benefits that mobile-based banking has brought to bank customers. With the development of electronic banking, banks seek to provide services and values expected by customers, whose ultimate goal is to gain customer satisfaction, gain more market share and, consequently, develop more revenue through electronic banking. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effective factors In accepting the bank with elderly customers is Sepah Bank of Guilan province. This research is applied in terms of purpose, in terms of collecting descriptive information and in terms of correlation method. The statistical population in this study is users with Sepah Bank in Guilan province. Sampling method is available in this study, quota and non-probability. Due to the fact that the study population is unlimited, therefore, the Cochran's formula of unlimited community has been used to select the sample. The results confirm all the hypotheses in the present study.
