Ranking of Influential Components in the Cultural Policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Face of Foreign Languages

The pervasiveness of the subject of globalization as the pervasiveness of a dominant discourse encompasses various aspects of cultural, social, political, economic, and ideological solidarity and homogeneity, and its direct connection to "language" as one of the most important elements of identity is "confrontation with foreign language" in the field of cultural policy. Language plays a decisive role in explaining and organizing the thoughts and beliefs of individuals - in the present and future of society. In this article, the components influencing the cultural policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the face of foreign languages ​​are ranked. In the era of the globalization project, according to the opponents and the process of globalization, according to the proponents, has challenged the previous equations and assumptions. The method of this research was descriptive-survey and data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 25 questions. The statistical population of this study includes the cultural, political, social and linguistic elites of the country. The results of this study show that the social, economic, political and cultural components are the most important components in national and international cultural policy in the face of foreign languages ​​of the Islamic Republic of Iran, respectively. Finally, according to the strengths and weaknesses of the internal environment and the threats and opportunities of the external environment, a new doctrine was explained in order to create existing scientific theories
