Determining the Role of Operational Budgeting on Improving Financial Performance of the Social Security Investment Company
The current research was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of operational budgeting on improving financial performance. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of implementation method. The statistical population of this research is the employees of the social security investment company, which is 87 specialized personnel (financial employees) according to Morgan's table as a sample, and data collection was also done in this research using a questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the professors and experts in the field of financial management and budget, and the reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using Cronbach's alpha measurement method of 0.75, which indicates its approval. Considering the normality of the data from the one-way T-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient was used for the relationship between the two components and line regression coefficient using SPSS software. The results of this research show that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between operational budgeting and improving financial performance in the social security investment company, and the relationship between each element of operational budgeting and improving financial performance was confirmed.
