Study of Factors Affecting Work Culture:(Research From 1376 to 1399)
Work culture consists of two words culture and work meaning the method, principles and criteria of doing work and the commitment and responsibility of the person to the job. The basis of social change is work culture. Accordingly, the main purpose of this study is to study the factors affecting work culture in the period of 1376-1397.
The research method is meta-analysis (quantitative) using cma2 software. The statistical population of the study was 36 cases in which 25 research documents were randomly selected from the site of Normagz, Meg Iran and Jihad Daneshgahi after controlling and evaluating the research. Results and
The results show that between social capital (justice, job trust, group participation and social cohesion), Islamic work ethic (collective spirit, honesty and social transparency, good social relations and religious affiliation), organizational culture (meritocracy, organizational legalism) , Job satisfaction), job culture (entrepreneurship culture, economic motivation and hard work culture) and organizational dysfunction (job conflict, organizational alienation and social indifference) is a significant relationship with work culture.
