Identification of Key Indicators of the Evaluation of Jihadist Management Culture in the Banking Industry Using the hybrid approach FDelphi-BWM-FVIKOR

The aim of this study is identifying the jihadi management indices in the banking industry with a fuzzy Delphi technique, weighing and prioritizing them with the Best-Worst Method, ranking the performance of Jihad's management of Maskan Bank Branches in Tehran with fuzzy Vikor technique. The population and the statistical sample of this study are 10 banking industry experts with at least 15 years of service experience and familiar with the concepts of the present study. After screening the criteria and sub-criteria identified by the Fuzzy Delphi technique, 12 criteria and 29 sub-criteria for Jihadi management were identified. The results of weighting the criteria by the BWM technique showed that the most important criterion for the Velayat-e-militant criterion was Jihadist management and the structure of the spiritual process, and the third criterion ranked third to twelfth. Sub-criteria were also weighed and ranked. Then the branches of the Maskan Bank were ranked with the Fuzzy Vikor technique regarding the extent of using jihadi management according to identified components. The results of this study can provide a comprehensive view of senior executives of the banking industry regarding the recognition and evaluation of the criteria and sub-criteria of Jihadi management.
