Prioritizing Factors Influencing Business Process Reengineering on Organizational Agility (Case Study: Azerbaijan Regional Electricity Company)
The purpose of this study was to prioritize the factors influencing business process reengineering on the agility of the organization. Using Cochran formula, 329 people were selected randomly. The questionnaire used in this study consisted of 55 questions by Mahmoudi et al. (2014). For data analysis, SPSS software was used and the business process reengineering components of SAW were ranked in terms of their impact on organizational agility. The results showed that reengineering components of business process had significant effect on organizational agility and leadership and empowerment effects with standard coefficients of 0.60 and 0.50 were more than other variables on organizational agility and strategic communication and alignment with Coefficients of 0.28 and 0.19 have the least impact on organizational agility. Also, based on the results of elemental prioritization, leadership has been given the first priority and cultural factors have been the last priority.
