Investigating the Role of Trust, Commitment in Management
This study examines the role of trust, commitment, and learning orientation in management. پژوهش The type of research is descriptive in terms of purpose and implementation. The relationship between the two variables was investigated using Pearson correlation coefficient. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the research experts and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to estimate the reliability, which is above 0.7. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS and AMOS softwares on questionnaire data. Structural equation path analysis test was performed on the main and specific hypotheses of regression method in Amos software with confidence level of 0.99. In a nutshell, identifying the needs of employees in the organization is the key to building their relationships and managing them. Therefore, the variables of trust, commitment and learning tendency not only increase the effectiveness of logistics services but also the role of the organization in performance. And can be boosted by either of them Even the simultaneous improvement of these variables together provided the right conditions for the organization to grow.
