Evaluation of the Impacts of Improvement Credit on Rural Housing Pattern Change(Case Study of DustMohammad County in Hirmand Township)
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of improvement credits on rural housing pattern change in Dost-e-Mohammad villages of Hirmand. The population of the study is all villages of Dost Mohammad village of Hirmand. The village has 86 inhabited villages out of which 10 villages (12 percent of the villages) were selected as the statistical sample. According to the Census of 1395, the population of these 10 villages was 835 households (2881 people). The Cochran formula is used to select the sample size. Sample size selection was based on the number of households and sampled as quota samples. Based on the Cochran formula, 263 people were selected. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of nature and method of descriptive-analytical work. One-sample t-test and linear regression were used to analyze the data. The results show that rural housing improvement plays an important role in making changes to rural housing components, so that these changes can be eliminated in the layout and extensive patterning of urban housing, eliminating some of the essential elements. Old housing and straw saw improved access to infrastructure facilities and services and more. The results showed that the effects of improvement credits on all three dimensions of economic, social and physical-physical were higher than the optimal average, indicating the positive effects of improvement credits on all three dimensions. The results also showed that the most effect of improvement credits was on changing physical housing pattern on physical-physical variables.
