Abstract:

Considering that the study of social systems is the basis of organizational research, the present study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the factors affecting the productivity of educational organizations with emphasis on social systems in a qualitative way from the Grounded Theory. The statistical population of the study was a group of experts in the field of productivity. 25 people were randomly selected as a sample. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview with productivity experts. by conceptual analysis of data, 20 organizational factors affecting productivity, 16 organizational barriers to productivity, 12 organizational factors underlying productivity, 35 strategic organizational factors, 20 causal factors and 7 organizational outcomes around the five main axes of education, research, culture, student and credits and facilities were obtained. Finally, the results were presented as five hypotheses and a model.
