The role of irib Strategic foresight in managing social change and promoting national security

In today's world, the media have a special and unique place in the management of public opinion, so that political systems try to use the media to guide and engineer comprehensive values and attitudes. In fact, the media is one of the most important tools for managing social change and because of this important function, it has a direct impact on national cohesion and ultimately national security of countries. The purpose of this study is to use the role of irib in the future. Explain Strategic foresight in the management of social change and promotion of national security. Accordingly, the main hypothesis of the research is that the irib will be improve and increase the level of national security through the management of social change based on forecast and foresight and using Islamic-Iranian teachings. To answer this question, qualitative-quantitative methods and closed questionnaire have been used. The results of statistical tests of this research (correlation and linear regression) show that the management of social change has a positive effect on increasing the national security of the country by the irib and on the other hand, strategic foresight also has an effect on the management of social change. Finally, the Strategic foresight of irib and Television in managing social change with Islamic-Iranian teachings will promote and increase the level of national security of the country.
