Educator’s professional competences, based on Ayatollah Haeri Shirazi's viewpoints
The complex training process requires the training activities of trainers who consciously and skillfully take the initiative in this direction. Accordingly, identifying the professional competencies of the coach can help in properly training and nurturing the talents of individuals and creating a healthy and dynamic society. The purpose of this study is to extract and explain the professional competencies of coaches in four areas: appropriate targeting, personality traits, communication skills and methodological skills according to Ayatollah Haeri Shirazi. The research method is descriptive-analytical. Based on the findings, it was determined that the goals that the coach should have in mind in training are: the flourishing of human personality, the independence of the coach and the spiritual perfection. Also, the qualities that a coach needs to cultivate include: faith, sincerity, continuous knowledge acquisition, commitment and orderliness. On the other hand, the five communication skills that every coach needs to use in the training process, including: flexibility, tolerance, moderate and appropriate kindness, avoiding annoying encounters and central merit were explained and finally, nine methods of training were obtained, which include: teaching ethics and strengthening thinking, storytelling, playing , questioning , skill training, forgiving mistakes, encouraging and rewarding, punishing and gradual reduction of external control.
