Abstract:
This study was conducted with the aim of a method for selecting building materials in terms of energy (case study in Sari). In this study, to investigate the reduction of electricity and fuel consumption in the study building for the city of Sari was conducted. The main question of the research is what is the effect of energy design factors in temperate and humid climate to provide a sustainable housing design model from the perspective of energy based on optimal materials? Residential buildings are responsible for a significant portion of energy consumption around the world. In buildings, different materials are used and the construction of any materials and its application in the implementation of the energy building. This energy consumed is the same as the energy that is less addressed in our country. TIn this paper, according to the research background, it will reduce the energy reduction with architectural design strategies A 16-unit 4-storey building has been modeled using Design Builder software. Scenarios studied based on experts's use of materials 1- Clay block 2- Cement block with pumice 3- Foamed cement block 4- Wallcrete block 5- Supported concrete block 6- Aquapanel 7- Three-dimensional panel 8- ICF 9- Wall Reinforced concrete is for interior and exterior walls. . Regarding the annual gas consumption for Sari city, foam concrete blocks have the highest consumption and cement blocks with pumice have the lowest consumption.
