The Study of Resources Role in the Archive of Sima Documentary Channel, in Guiding Knowledge Management and Sharing Intellectual Capital

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the role of resources in the archives of the Sima Documentary channel in guiding knowledge management and sharing of intellectual capital.

The research method in this research is survey-descriptive. The statistical population of the present study is all employees working in the archives of the Sima Documentary channel for 20 people. In this research, boentis Intellectual Capital Assessment Questionnaire and the Knowledge Management Research Questionnaire were used as data collection tools.

Generally, there is a positive and significant relationship between knowledge management and intellectual capital in the archive of Sima Documentary Channel. In addition, in other subdivisions of knowledge management, there is a positive and significant relationship with intellectual capital.

According to the results, there is a positive and significant relationship between knowledge and intellectual capital among people working in the archives of the Sima Documentary channel. There is also a positive and significant relationship between knowledge organization and intellectual capital (human, structural and relational), which is more than 0.05 and there is a coefficient of correlation between the use of knowledge and resources available in the archives of the Sima Documentary channel and knowledge management and the sharing of intellectual capital
