Diagnosis of Domestic political behavior in organization Studies by Meta-Synthesis Method

Abstract:
Political behavior is a reality in organizational life. People who ignore this reality take a big risk. Therefore, it is inevitable to identify underlying and fundamental factors in the applicability of research on political behavior in organizations, Because these behaviors in organizations due to complex conditions are on the rise. Accordingly, the purpose of the present study is to explain the reasons for the weakness of the research on political behavior in the organization. The statistical population includes all internal researches in the field of political behavior and statistical sample of 44 research in this field. This research has been conducted using the basis of interpretive-symbolic philosophy, meta-study and meta- Synthesis strategy and used Theme Analysis for extracting related points. The results of the research were classified into 28 basic themes into five main themes including structural, cultural, methodological, motivational and policy themes. Finally, suggestions for future research are presented.
