In Western societies, we see that people's participation with security and intelligence agencies is based on the two elements of maintaining order and security and the element of material reward, and according to the prevailing culture of society, which is a material culture in many It works sometimes. In contrast to material societies, there are religious societies. In the literature of religious governments, government agents consider themselves responsible for the material and spiritual values of the people, and what can not be neglected are the values that govern the system. In these governments, public participation in various spheres of life, including security, is not a commendable thing, but a religious duty. In such societies, the intelligence services are considered as the main defender of society's values, and at the same time, the health of the government system is sought in its hidden functions, and therefore, according to the rules of its constituents, some requirements and elements must Observe the instrument in the field of public participation in security issues. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the elements of the instrument to use resources and informants in the criminalization process.
This article has been done in terms of applied purpose and descriptive-analytical method. The required information has been collected and analyzed by studying the library resources with the help of fish taking tools.
Based on the obtained results, the guiding elements of using resources and informants in crime detection include components such as; Religious and jurisprudential principles, orders, legal principles, the perspective of NAJA, all of which have emphasized the need to use resources and informants in criminalization in accordance with the relevant principles and regulations.
