Consequences of the tendency to desire the worldliness from the perspective of the Quran

Discovering the consequences of a vice in the science of ethics and in the field of studying human tendencies can help motivate its improvement in human beings. Tendencies are a set of emotions and feelings that are affected by the type of human thinking and vision. One of the influential tendencies on human personality that has destructive moral consequences for her is worldliness. Therefore, in the present article, an attempt has been made to explain the consequences of worldliness with a descriptive-analytical method. Voluntary psychological effects on secularists such as apostasy, narcissism, aspiration, comfort seeking, amassing wealth which includes avarice and greed, as well as arrogance, false hope and peace of mind and unwanted psychological effects that include despair, hopelessness, fear and anxiety. It is one of the consequences of worldliness.
