The theory of the inherent nature of the relationship between words and meaning and its influence on jurisprudence

The relationship between word and meaning is one of the topics of linguistics, the discovery of the truth of which has important results in jurisprudence. The fundamentalists have addressed this issue in the vocabulary discussion section. Based on the validity of the relationship between the word and the meaning, three situations can be imagined: status, obligation and conjugation. Each of these theories has advantages and disadvantages. The findings of this research, which was carried out in a descriptive-analytical method and with reference to library sources, show that the relationship between words and meaning is an inherent thing.
