Investigating the Effectiveness of teaching the positive thinking based on belief to good on Life Satisfaction and Hope of infertile women

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching the positive thinking based on belief to good on life satisfaction and hope of infertile women. In this quasi-experimental research with pre-test post-test design with control group, 30 infertile women who referred to infertility clinics in Mashhad in 1398, were selected by available sampling method and divided into experiments and control groups (each group 15 people). The research tools include the satisfaction with life scale (SWLS) and Snyder's Hope Scale. Teaching the positive thinking based on belief to good sessions were conducted in eight sessions for the experimental group. Questionnaires were completed before and after training in both groups. In order to evaluate the duration of the training, one month after the training, both groups were tested again. The results of repeated measures analysis of variance showed that life satisfaction and hope in the experimental group increased significantly compared to the control group (p <0.01), and these results continued up to one month after the intervention. Therefore, positive thinking based on belief to good training is an effective way to increase life satisfaction and hope in infertile women.
