Abstract:

Supply chain risk arises due to uncertainty and the occurrence of factors such as political issues, demand fluctuations, technological changes, financial instabilities and natural disasters. In this regard, supply chain integration is the degree to which the manufacturer with supply chain partners and as a group apply the processes inside and outside the organization to achieve competitive advantages and reduce risk, and using performance agility to flexibility in volume and type. Productivity and responsiveness respond to unpredictable market changes. Accordingly, considering the sensitive mission of Nedaja regarding its presence in trans-regional waters in order to protect the national interests and economic arteries of the country and escort merchant and support ships, timely preparation of floating units and avoiding possible damages and risks and reducing costs in the chain process. Provision is necessary in order to continue the assigned missions. The statistical population of the research is the managers of ready systems (heads of ready and support commanders of Nedaja areas / bases and managers of deputy and ready command of Nedaja) (120 people) which according to Morgan and Krejcie table 92 people as a sample using simple random sampling method. The data collection tool was a questionnaire for the supply chain integration of the standard questionnaire (Zhao et al., 2013 (and for the supply chain risk of the standard questionnaire); Ritchie and Brandley, 2012 (and for performance agility of the standard questionnaire); Used. The face and structure validity of the questionnaire was confirmed and the value of combined reliability for all variables was above 0.7. The results of the study showed that supply chain risk from the supply chain integration path affects performance agility.
