Computer and traditional fraud is one of the most common crimes in society. Despite the similarities in the names, the two have differences and similarities. Of course, this computer crime has other similarities and differences with the same crime in the traditional form (such as evidence and jurisdiction of courts); But in this article, as the title, only the similarities and differences of those crimes in terms of the actus reus have been explained. The main question of the research is what are the most important results that can be obtained from comparing these two crimes and examining the challenges between them? In the crime of computer fraud, unlike traditional fraud, taking advantage of one’s credulity and deception of the victim is not a condition for the realization of the crime. Also, in terms of result, the perpetrator's profit and harm to another is the similarity of these two crimes, but taking property in computer fraud (unlike traditional) is not part of the result in its actus reus, but part of the exclusive behavior in the second part of the physical behavior of this crime and subject It is a crime.
