Abstract:

From the view of rural planning, the creation of optimal rural hierarchies and centers prevents "decentralized concentration" of growth centers and "centralized concentration" of inequality between regions. Ignoring the effects of economic policies has led to unintended spatial effects that have led to imbalances in the distribution of facilities and a tendency to focus. Economic and social developments diversify city-village relations and change their interrelationships. Early views consider the role of new urban centers in rural development in modern patterns and permeate modernization into rural settlements. Attracting investments, communication flows, etc. to new cities makes agricultural and garden lands out of the economy and coveted by urbanites, and the resulting changes form a new space organization. Changes in this organization should not lead to new non-rural landscapes. In the opposite direction of villages, decentralized concentration is created, leading to stability, distribution of population in nodes. The spatial organization of the village has a definite territory and includes a mixture of form and rural activities. In this article, Molekabad is considered and its information is from library and a questionnaire and the research is descriptive-analytical. The Likert questionnaire and each item with its mean and standard deviation and level of significance are examined in the K2 Test. Statistical tests used for data analysis, based on Kruskal–Wallis Test, data with a sample size of less than 30 reach non-parametric results. In the Kolmogorov–Smirnov Test, the sample size is less than 30 and the null hypothesis is defined to prove it. In the theory of creating new cities, the development of nodes is questionable. As a result, the creation of settlements and the life and development of villages depend on the added value of the agricultural sector and the natural landscapes in the population of villages with the creation of second homes, which will not be universal everywhere.
