A List of Type Specimens of Fungi and Fungal Analogues Collected in Iran
How to Use the List The data of each specimen are given as follows: 1. Taxon name. Taxa are listed alphabetically with their author(s). If a reported name is not accepted at the present and shoud be synonym, the current name follows and the the two names are separated by (=). 2. Citation. In this item, title of journal, (mostly abbreviated), volume number, page number, and date of publication are included. 3. Matrix. If a scientific name of a matrix is not accepted presentley, it is considered as the taxa (in first item). 4. Locality 5. Date of collection 6. Collector(s) 7. Accession number Where one or more of forgoing data are not mentioned in the original description, a question mark (?) indicates the omissions. However, if more than one specimen are used to describe the taxon and the holotype is not defined, consequently, the data (Matrix, Localities, Dates, and Collectors) are given as in the original description. In these cases the data are separated by ",". Here I should acknowledge all calleagues who sent me their papers to include in this assemblage.
