An Analytical Approach to the Philosophical Explanation of the Doctrine of Human\'s \"Nature\" and its Relationship to the Human\'s \"Cognitive Organization\" in Achieving Perfection and Mental Health Based on the Islamic Teachings

In a general look, Beck and Alice have stressed on creating emotional and behavioral alterations by creating cognitive changes in a person. The present study aims at explaining the relationship between the human\'s \"mental organization of nature\" and his \"cognitive organization\" in achieving perfection and mental health based on the Islamic teachings. This study is a fundamental one and explains its findings by analyzing and describing data and establishing logical relationship among them, according to which, the governance or non-governance of nature over human\'s cognitive organization determines the man\'s mental healthiness or non-healthiness. The findings of the study showed that the man\'s nature requires an inciting factor for its behavioral manifestation, which is the cognitive organization. This is because the result of the study suggests that the maturity of one\'s cognitive organization is the prerequisite of receiving and perceiving the natural and innate guidance. This study shows that it is the cognitive organization that is weakened or strengthened, not the man\'s nature. Thus, the process of alteration in the nature-centered approach is explained as something based on the reinforcement of the cognitive organization with the centrality of returning to one\'s original nature and flourishing one\'s natural faculties.
