The statistical population of this research has made ruts, deputies, executives of executive, theoretical, and decision-making and decision makers related to defense diplomacy and defense of the armed forces. The present study is classified in descriptive and applied research field and in exploratory method and is used as a targeted snowball method to study theoretical saturation.
