Designing a stress management model in the legal medicine organization based on the fuzzy Delphi method
ObjectiveIn the last decade, the topic of stress and its effects in the organization has become one of the main topics of organizational behavior management. Therefore, this research, taking into account the special nature of work in the legal medecine organization, intends to provide a model of stress management in this organization.MethodsThis research has been carried out quantitatively and qualitatively in an inductive comparative paradigm. The tool for collecting information is a questionnaire. Fuzzy Delphi technique has been used to determine the importance of indicators and screen the most important identified indicators.ResultsBased on qualitative content analysis coding, 151 indicators were finally identified in three levels of primary codes, sub-categories and main categories. The result of checking the indicators in two rounds based on the questionnaire presented to 15 experts showed that in all cases the difference is smaller than 0.2, so all the determined indicators were approved.ConclusionIt seems that legal medicine has not been very successful in the field of occupational stress management solutions among employees, and it is suggested that solutions such as: holding individual and group counseling sessions in the organization to determine the various characteristics of tasks and responsibilities from the stress-causing aspect, among more employees be used.
