Systematic explanation of the command model from the perspective of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces with a grounded theory approach

Given that the Islamic Revolution of Iran has made the rule of divine principles and values necessary in the social environment, including its related institutions and organizations, explaining the desired model for Islamic management and command at the macro level is one of the most important ideals of the Islamic system. This research, in terms of purpose, is considered as applied research. In terms of approach, it is of a qualitative type based on an interpretive paradigm And in terms of the nature and type of study, it has been exploratory research.The method of this research is "grounded theory" based on which and in line with the objectives of the research in a purposeful and systematic way - In order to extract, conceptualize, categorize and then model the essence of the vision of the Supreme Command of the Armed Forces in the field of command -, Has been reviewed and analyzed. The research population is the total statements of the Supreme Leader in Hadith Velayat software (from 1989 to 2021) and MAXQDA software has been used to extract and encode data. In this regard, in the first stage, 46 statements in the form of 32 concepts have been extracted and in the second stage, 6 main categories (central category, causal factors, contextual factors, intervening factors, results, strategies) have been categorized and counted. In the third stage, based on the systematic method of Strauss-Corbin, a systematic model of the Commander-in-Chief's thought regarding command is presented. Characteristics of command from the perspective of the Supreme Command of the Armed Forces based on the research results include commanding power, having knowledge and expertise, proper use of existing talents, strength and power of faith, having high human qualities and spiritual relationship with subordinates.
