Identify the causes of conflicts affected Imam Ali (puh) Military University's Performance
The inevitability of conflict and the impact of conflict management on organizational performance led organizations to pay more attention to conflict management and identify the causes of conflict is one of the most important components of conflict management. Despite the importance of identifying the causes of organizational conflicts, there is a gap in applied research in this field, to cover the research gap, the present study was conducted to identify the causes of conflicts affected Imam Ali (puh) Military University's Performance. This research type is Practical, survey and descriptive. In this study, researchers try to identify the causes of conflicts based on 15 types of conflicts identified by Maleki and Sadeghi (1400). The Delphi method has been used to identify the causes of conflicts and the Delphi panel consists of 13 experts, which have been selected using the purposive sampling method, which is one of the non-probability sampling methods. The number of Delphi periods in this study was three rounds and considering that after the third round more than 70% of experts agreed on 88 causes of conflicts, so these causes were identified as the most important causes of conflicts affected Imam Ali (puh) Military University's Performance .The results indicate the classification of identified causes into four main categories Included: individual factors, communicational factors, organizational factors and cultural factors.
