Pathology of the drug discovery process on intercity roads
One of the most important measures that successful organizations take to improve their effectiveness is the timely pathology of current affairs processes in the organization. The current research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the process of drug discovery in the intercity roads of Kurdistan province.
This research was conducted within the framework of qualitative approach and using thematic analysis method. The participants in the current research are 10 road and traffic police specialists, specialized police officers, the General Administration of Customs, Highways and Road Transport of Kurdistan province, who followed the principle of theoretical saturation and used the sampling method. were purposefully selected as participants in the research. The data analysis tool was MaxQD software.
The findings showed that: 1. Improper performance evaluation system, 2. Failure to provide and allocate the required resources, 3. Weakness in the organizational structure of the custodian institutions and 4. Weakness in selection, evaluation and appointments as harmful structural factors, as well as a. Lack of motivation, satisfaction and job security and b. The existence of deviance platforms among employees as traumatic behavioral factors and things such as 1. Weakness in laws and regulations, 2. Unfavorable environmental, geographic and policing complications and conditions, 3. Weakness in the use of new equipment and technologies and 4. Weakness in management. and the leadership of the custodian institutions can be considered as harmful background factors.
The results showed that in the process of discovering narcotics on the roads, while paying attention to the damage of human resources, it is necessary to improve the organizational structure and work processes, fair distribution of rewards, pay attention to the competencies of people and create a motivational environment for growth. The staff adopted the necessary policies.
