Abstract:
Background and Objective

Today, one of the enemy's methods is to create unrest, insecurity, etc. by exaggerating social and economic issues and problems, including the problems of marginalized areas. Tehran has been done.

Method

In terms of practical purpose, in terms of descriptive method, and in terms of collecting statistics and information, the present research has been carried out by survey method through questionnaire. The statistical population includes all the employees and officials of the West Special Police Command of Tehran province and the sample size was estimated to be 72 people who were questioned based on stratified random sampling. SPSS software and Spearman and Friedman statistical tests were used to analyze the research data.

Findings

According to the findings of the current research, marginalization and illegal gatherings are not foreign words in our country, and the results of the research indicate a significant relationship between marginalization and illegal gatherings leading to disturbances in the west of Tehran province in the last 5 years, and the effect of the component of public dissatisfaction in marginal areas is more preferable than It has been attributed to other components in illegal gatherings leading to disturbances.

Conclusion

Due to the fact that the marginal areas in the west of Tehran province are considered to have low points, the residents of those areas, in terms of the components of general dissatisfaction, special characteristics, unemployment and social deprivation, as a vulnerable segment of the society with an emotional spirit due to social and economic deficiencies In times of crisis (illegal gatherings, unexpected natural and unnatural events, etc.), enemies and factors dependent on foreigners are placed and play a role in causing disturbances as a traumatic group.
