Presenting the implementation model of emerging smart businesses in Iran with a skill-learning approach
Expanding and institutionalizing business culture based on talent, taste, knowledge, skill, technology, expertise, ability and entrepreneurship by strengthening religious beliefs and professional ethics and quantitative and qualitative development of skill and technology training based on applied research and Land preparation causes economic development. The purpose of this study is to design a model for the implementation of emerging smart businesses in Iran with a skill-learning approach. The statistical population in the qualitative section includes 6 people from startup managers, knowledge-based companies and business owners and 4 people from university professors in the fields of entrepreneurship and management, who were selected by non-random snowball sampling method. The research method in this research is qualitative and exploratory, which was carried out based on the data theory of the foundation. In this research, library study methods and field methods such as semi-structured interviews have been used. Based on the findings of the research, a paradigm model was developed, which includes causal conditions (support, business and technology alignment, information clarification and data quality improvement), intervention conditions of emerging business processes, background conditions (infrastructure software and hardware), strategies (process integration standards, empowering project managers and stakeholders with information technology) and consequences (economic growth and development and gaining a competitive edge).
