One of the most important characteristics of the third revolution universities is the existence of a culture of academic entrepreneurship. Therefore, this study was conducted to designing and Explaining a Model for the Impact of Entrepreneurial Orientation and Transformation on University Mission on University Entrepreneurship Culture (Case Study: Islamic Azad University, Region 2). The purpose of this study is applied and in terms of research method is descriptivecorrelational from structural equation modeling. The statistical population consisted of all faculty members of Islamic Azad University (region 2) with 1200 members. Using stratified random sampling method, 280 people were selected as the study sample. A researcher-made questionnaire was used And in order to validate the determined model, structural equation model technique with maximum likelihood method was used. for data collection and the validity of the questionnaire results showed a coefficient alpha of 0.85. Modeling equation structure was used to analysis the data and test the research hypotheses. The results showed that the conceptual model of the research fits well with the experimental data (RMSEA= 0.079). The results of the subsidiary hypotheses of the study also showed that academic mission and entrepreneurial orientation influence the culture of academic entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship culture is also effective on implementation and evaluation (p <0.05).
