The Role of Narrators and Scribes in the Emergence of Hadith Differences (with an Emphasis on the Innovations of Ayatollah Sistani)
"Differences in hadith" and "factors causing it" are among the issues of hadith research, which neglecting it leads to distrust of hadith and discarding it; therefore, due to the effect of knowing the causes of hadith differences on how to resolve the conflict, scientists and hadith researchers try to find solutions to the conflict by examining these causes. Part of the difference of hadith occurred in the stage of transmission to the next levels of hadith, and the narrators and scribes had a role in creating it. The present study examines the issue of hadith differences with the approach of examining the role of narrators and scribes from the age of the Prophet to the end of the period of the imams (as), with an emphasis on the opinions of Ayatollah Sistani. He has found some unreal differences from the narrators and scribes which caused by factors such as: intention and tolerance, and apart from Rjali's analysis, he has investigated these factors. From the study of his works, it can be seen that the actions of narrators and scribes that lead to the difference of hadith can be divided into three types: intentional, unintentional, and common between intentional and unintentional.
