Identifying and prioritizing effective factors in resilience of internal security during the holy defense period using the FAHP method
One of the dimensions of national security is internal security. Internal security is not established by itself and unconsciously, so factors cause the resilience of this type of security. From the historical periods and when Iran's internal security was subject to fluctuations and threats, it was the era of sacred defense. The analysis of holy defense with a result-oriented approach indicates that internal security was established in that tense period despite the presence of factors. Therefore, the aim of this research is to identify and prioritize the effective factors in the resilience of internal security during the sacred defense period with the fuzzy decision hierarchy analysis (FAHP) method. The identification and validity of the collected data was accompanied by the opinion of experts (the commanders at the time or the officials present with the experience of the holy defense period). After refining more than 100 factors and calculating their compatibility rate, finally 28 factors had the required reliability for the present study. After de-fuzzifying the factors and determining the initial weight of each, the final weight and rank of each criterion was determined. The findings indicated that Imam Khomeini's (RA) mobilizing power and his leadership, the primary rank and the optimal use of existing capacities and potentials, have been assigned the final rank.
