The effect of the quality of electronic financial services on the electronic loyalty of customers of Bandar Abbas housing banks
Banks are also looking for development and transformation by using electronic banking with the aim of attracting customers and increasing the bank's profit. This research was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of the quality of electronic financial services on the electronic loyalty of customers of Bandar Abbas housing banks. The target community was all customers of electronic financial services of Maskan Bank branches in Bandar Abbas city. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of data collection. The statistical population of this research was the customers of Maskan Bank branches in Bandar Abbas, whose number was considered unlimited at the time of conducting the research, and 384 people were considered as a sample using Morgan's table. The measurement tool of this research was the financial service quality standard questionnaire by Mujia et al. (2017), and electronic customer loyalty by Dormos et al. (2013). The results showed that the efficiency of electronic financial services has an effect on the electronic loyalty of customers of Bandar Abbas housing banks. The realization of electronic financial services has an effect on the electronic loyalty of Bandar Abbas housing banks' customers. The availability of electronic financial services has an effect on the electronic loyalty of customers of Bandar Abbas housing banks. Respecting privacy in electronic financial services has an effect on the electronic loyalty of customers of Bandar Abbas Housing Banks.
