Investigating the Impact of Social-Communication Skills on Job Satisfaction of Employees (Case Study of NAJA Deputy Human Resources Staff
Studying the factors affecting the job satisfaction of employees is one of the most important issues of any organization. Naja Human Resources Deputy also because of its special features; It seems that examining the factors affecting the job satisfaction of the employees of this organization is very important; Accordingly, the aim of this research is to investigate the effect of social-communication skills on job satisfaction of employees.
The present study was descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this research was made up of all the employees of Naja's human resources department (ranked, sub-officer and senior officer) of Tehran city in 1400 in the number of 380 people, of which 181 people were selected based on the Karjesi and Morgan table.
Data analysis showed that there was a positive and significant effect between social-communication skills and job satisfaction. Also, the results showed that the effect of the ability to receive and send messages on job satisfaction (ß=0.48), the effect of emotion regulation on job satisfaction (ß=0.27), the effect of listening skills on job satisfaction (ß=0.40), the effect of insight Regarding communication on job satisfaction (ß=0.27) and the effect of communication combined with assertiveness on job satisfaction (ß=0.21) is positive and significant at 0.01 level.
In explaining the impact of communication social skills on the job satisfaction of the employees of Naja Human Resources Deputy, it can be argued that a part of a person's job satisfaction depends on the success in establishing mutual communication with colleagues, supervisors and the organization. People who have higher social communication skills, in case of facing organizational issues and problems, they can communicate with colleagues in a better way and solve their problems more effectively with cooperation from colleagues.
