Standardization is the process of applying a set of rules to obtain the benefits of an orderly approach in a given activity. One of the tools for integrating the organization's processes in order to facilitate the implementation of operational activities is the standardization of processes. It is stated in the strategic document of Customs in Horizon 1405, the main weaknesses of this organization are related to organizational processes, some of which include the unbalanced growth of customs processes, lack of implementation of management review of processes, and weakness in the process structure. The current research aimed to reduce costs, improve the process structure, improve cooperation, and facilitate decision-making in the customs organization, presented a model for the standardization of customs processes using IT management and process management. In this research, the method of design science has been used. The reason for choosing this method is to change the view from a central problem to a central solution. The data of the current research was collected using thematic analysis and themes based on the interviews conducted with 11 customs experts who were selected in a purposeful way. The results of the current research are divided into two main parts, the first part refers to the standardization of organizational processes and the second part refers to the consequences of the standardization of organizational processes.
