The mediating role of social anxiety in the relationship between perfectionism and sexual satisfaction in married female teachers in Sirjan
The aim of this study was to investigate the mediating role of social anxiety in the relationship between perfectionism and sexual satisfaction in married female teachers in Sirjan. The research method is correlation based on the purpose and in the research design, analysis of covariance matrix (structural equation model analysis) was used. The statistical population was all married female teachers in Sirjan in 2020 that 300 people were selected as a sample by stratified random sampling. Subjects completed the questionnaires of social anxiety (Jarabak, 1996), perfectionism (Hamchak, 1987), and sexual satisfaction (Yavari Kermani, 2007). Data analysis was performed using Pearson correlation test and structural equation modeling using SPSS 23 and PLS software. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between perfectionism and sexual satisfaction with the mediating role of social anxiety. There is a significant relationship between perfectionism and sexual satisfaction, perfectionism and social anxiety and there is a significant relationship between social anxiety and sexual satisfaction.
