Examining the educational leader's attitude component from Imam Khomeini's point of view

Since Imam khomaini is a capable manager, it is expected all organizations,especially educational organizations present,the type of their attitude in her thoughts and management. The main goal of the research ,is check and identify dimension of educational leader s attitude in the collection of hmam khomaini s speeches. The method of this research is content analysis and theme analysis. The statistical population of this research the collection of Imam khomaini s speeches and the statistical sample of those lectures is with management aspect. The collection tool is a resercher-made questionnaire. Friedman s test was used to work the status of research variables. Cronbach s alpha was confirmed to measure the reliability of the questionnaire wich was using spss soft ware equal to 85% .The results showed that the most insignificant confficient is related to the duty -oriented component. According to the results of the research, it can be said the dimension of attitude has three components of sincerity, duty –oriented , service spirit.
