Explaining the crowdfunding model in entrepreneurial projects of the construction industry

The purpose of this research is to explain the crowdsourcing model in Iran's construction industry projects. The current research is descriptive, exploratory and applied, and qualitative and quantitative (mixed) research methods were used. In the qualitative part, the Delphi technique and the consensus of 7 executive and academic experts were used, who were selected by a targeted and snowball method. In the quantitative part, confirmatory factor analysis was used, and a questionnaire was distributed and analyzed among 65 experts of entrepreneurial construction projects as random sampling. Also, the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and the content and construct validity were also checked. The results showed that the crowdsourcing model of entrepreneurial projects includes eight main categories, which are "project characteristics", "culture", "the role of the government and supervisory institutions", "campaign and marketing information methods", "investor characteristics", "spatial and geographical characteristics".
