Challenges of the quality of women's employment protection laws(Case of study: Referees to cooperative, labor and social welfare departments in Tehran)
The law and especially the protective laws have a fundamental place in guaranteeing and defining the living conditions for some parts of the society. The higher the quality of these laws, the more it guarantees the level of implementation of these laws at the community level. During the last few decades, the drafting of protective laws in the field of public employment and especially women in Iran is considered an integral part of the employment situation of women. Iran's labor law, following the constitution, emphasizes the principle of non-discrimination in employment. In this research, the challenges of the quality of protective laws contained in the Iranian Constitution have been addressed.This descriptive research was conducted based on the content analysis method and according to the categorical content analysis technique, it addressed the quality of the laws according to the complaints of working women in Tehran. The statistical population includes the number of 63,502 cases related to women's complaints, of which 380 petitions were investigated. The findings show that the quality of the laws is at a low level, and this has caused concealment or neglect of some women's demands.
