Presentation of acquisition management indicators according to the statement of the second step of the Islamic revolution and the teachings of Nahj al-Balagheh

In order to respond to the challenging conditions of the business environment and the urgent need of organizations for business thinking in the high positions of the organization, one of the newest concepts in the field of leadership as business management has been proposed and is expanding. Business management is the approach of continuous review and improvement of strategy, structure and system by the management of the whole organization. In this research, an attempt has been made to provide business management indicators in accordance with the needs of the Islamic society. For this purpose, in the first stage, a comprehensive definition of business management was presented by collecting and analyzing the content of business management definitions of the last twenty years. In the next step, with the help of the differences between management and business management, among the words corresponding to the definitions of leadership and management according to the statement of the second step of the Islamic revolution and religious teachings, words related to the concept of business management were selected. Then, in order to extract and interpret the texts from the methodology of studies in religious teachings and to code the extracted materials, the foundation data method was used. In order to complete the environmental dimensions of the model, with the help of historical research, six important events of the Imam's rule were investigated, and in order to achieve the process of business management, the sum of his behaviors and statements in these six events were reexamined. Hazrat Ali peace be upon him, the achievement of this research is the indicators of business management (including individual, organizational and environmental dimensions) and the process of business management according to the statement of the second step of the Islamic revolution and existing religious teachings.
