Effect of the Use of Virtual Social Networks on the Lifestyle Components of High School Students (First and Second) in Yasuj

The purpose of this study was to influence the use of virtual social networks on the lifestyle components of first and second grade high school students in Yasuj. The method of this research was survey and 372 students were selected as a sample using multi-stage cluster sampling method and finally the data collection tool (questionnaire) was distributed among them. Spss21 and Amos23 software were used to analyze the data. Findings showed that there is a significant positive and direct relationship between students' use of virtual social networks and all components of lifestyle (P < 0.01). According to the coefficients of determination, the use of virtual social networks predicts the components of disease prevention and physical health more than other components and the component of avoiding drugs and narcotics less than other components. has done. The results also showed that the rate of use of virtual social networks among female and high school students is higher than male and high school students and in all components of lifestyle, the average of female and high school students is higher. He is a male and junior high school student.
