Studying the Effectiveness of Skill Training; The Study of Female Trainees of Technical and Vocational Centers in Nayin
The present article sought to study the effectiveness of skill training of female trainees of Nain technical and vocational center based on grounded theory. Study data were collected through purposeful theoretical interviews with 14 trainees, managers and instructors of Nain Technical and Vocational Center until theoretical saturation. Data were analyzed by "coding" and "categorization" in three levels of open, axial and selective coding. To determine the validity of the data, the "simulation" method was used in the form of adaptation strategies by the participants and the review of qualitative research experts. The results showed that the "core category" included "the status, importance and quality of women's skills". Also, "causal conditions" include the challenge of planning, attention to role of women in society, attention to the interest, motivation and morale of women and the professionalism of coaches; "contextual conditions" include facilities, equipment and technology, structure and management of technical training, finance of skills training, family environment and economy, and rules and regulations; "Environmental conditions" include cultural, social, political, policy-making, and economic factors; "Strategies" include publicity and awareness, communication and leveraging domestic and international experience, counseling and guidance and talent search, family and government support; consequences included individual and organizational development, women's employment and entrepreneurship, the well-being of the family and society, and the promotion of women's social status.
